Can Physiotherapy help me?
The simple answer is it depends on your problem, but for the vast majority or problems physiotherapy is very effective. Even if it will not cure your problems it will be able to prevent further deteriation by strengthening weakened muscles.
Is there a waiting list?
No, an appointment can normally be offered within 48 hours dependent on your availability.
How long are the appointments?
The initial appointment is one hour this allows a very detailed assessment and treatment on the first day. The follow up appointments are ½ an hour allowing plenty of time for treatment.
Can I come through my insurance?
We are able to accept and work with all Health Insurance companies, including Bupa and Axa PPP. You need to check with your Insurance company first and may be required to get a GP referral, this is their decision and relates to the terms of your insurance.
How can I check your qualifications?

Do you offer second/third opinion Tendon appointments?
Yes, I offer bespoke assessments for individuals with tendinopathy, sometimes these appointments can take 2-3 hours.
